About Us

Peter Hatton moved to Bend with his parents in 1969. Peter attended local schools including both Bend and Mt. View High Schools and was part of the first graduating class at Mountain View High School. He went on to earn is Associates degree in Business Administration from Central Oregon Community College, then transferred to the University of Oregon. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Finance with a minor in Georgraphy in 1984. Peter worked at U.S. Bank for eleven years in Customer Service and Management. After stepping briefly into the world of lending, he decided to listen to his” better half” and make the transition to real estate, a field he was always interested in. Peter has continued his education and has also taught numerous banking and financial courses for both the American Institute of Banking (A.I.B.) and for Consumer Credit Counseling Service (C.C.C.S.). He has earned his ABR, (Accredited Buyer's Representative), GRI, (Graduate Realtor Institute), CRS, (Certified Residential Specialist), the Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR) Certification and Principal Broker's designations. Peter enjoys assisting with coaching the Cross Country running team and Girls JV tennis at Mountain View High School. He unwinds by running, hiking, and an occasional game of tennis.

Tana Hatton spent the first half of her growing up years in Yakima, WA before moving to Eugene, OR. After graduating from Sheldon High School in Eugene, Tana was awarded a unique scholarship through U.S. Bank on the Work/College program. Tana attended both the University of Oregon & Portland State University, obtaining her Bachelor degree in Business. Tana worked eleven years with US Bank in both Customer Service and Commercial Lending. Tana obtained her real estate license in 1998, initially to assist Peter. Tana has also earned the (SFR) Resource Certification. She is currently working toward completing her CRS designation. Tana volunteers with the Aspire program for Mountain View High School, helping students prepare for life after High School. Relaxing includes participating in a women’s bible study group, walking, reading, hiking and camping (preferably with flush toilets & showers!)
